  • 1 teaspoon hot chili oil
  • ½ cup red pepper, diced
  • ½ cup yellow pepper, diced
  • ½ cup green pepper, diced
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Heat oils in large skillet; add peppers and garlic. Cook until tender. Stir in rice and salt. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated.
