Ranch dressing perks up this classic tuna-rice salad complete with celery and onion. Serve on a salad or as a sandwich.
In large bowl combine rice, tuna, celery, scallion and pepper; toss gently to mix.
Pour ranch dressing over rice mixture and toss gently to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
To serve, scoop 1 cup salad onto 1 cup lettuce leaves, into a pita or onto a slice of bread to serve, accompanied by 1/4 cup tomato halves.
