Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (8-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  • Cook beef, onion, and chili powder in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain; return to skillet. Add rice, tomatoes, corn, chilies, and garlic salt. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
