- 2 Quarts Milk
- 2-1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Quart Long Grain Or Parboiled Rice*
- 6 Each Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Grated Nutmeg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 Pound Butter
Instructions
- Combine everything in a greased hotel pan and bake at 300¢ªF until set (about 1-1/2 hours). Cool before serving.
