Amazingly easy. Just assemble and bake.

Ingredients

  • 2 Quarts Milk
  • 2-1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Quart Long Grain Or Parboiled Rice*
  • 6 Each Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Grated Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cups Sweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 Pound Butter

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in a greased hotel pan and bake at 300¢ªF until set (about 1-1/2 hours). Cool before serving.
