Designed for a K-12 school setting, the idea is to allow students to stuff their own burrito with the flavor profile they like. Recipe courtesy of Jeff Denton, Director of Child Nutrition, The Ponca City Public Schools in Oklahoma.
- Place a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Add the above ingredients you prefer in the middle of the lower portion of the tortilla shell. Drizzle the special sauce evenly over the mixture. Pull up the bottom of the tortilla and tuck it under the mixture. Fold in the sides and tightly roll the burrito.
