Soak the short grain rice in the water for 30 minutes before steaming the rice until tender. Hold rice hot until ready to serve.
Separately toss the bean sprouts and watercress with 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of garlic.
Place 1¼ cups of rice in a bowl and top with the following toppings:
-¼ cup bean sprouts
-¼ cup watercress
-2 tablespoons carrot
-3 ounces marinated steak
-1 egg, each
-2 tablespoons kimchi
-1 tablespoon gochujang
-1 teaspoon sesame seeds
